On 21 July, on the occasion of International Dog Day, we turned our offices into a slightly different place.
Several colleagues brought their dogs to work, sharing with them not only the space, but also the tasks of the day. From early on, the corridors were filled with the curiosity of our furry friends. Some explored every nook and cranny, others made themselves comfortable next to the desks, and all of them earned, without much effort, more than one petting.
The initiative started with a very simple idea: to integrate our four-legged friends into a working day. There was no need to change routines or plan anything special. Their presence was enough for the day to breathe another rhythm into the day, generating connections between people.
Beyond the gesture, the experience left a common feeling: small changes can transform everyday life without the need for big changes. And that flexibility is not only possible, but also beneficial for everyone.
At Sauleda we understand the workspace as a shared environment, where people are the protagonists. Actions like this remind us that working well does not always mean working more, but feeling good in the place where we are.
