Tissue
In Agora® fabrics, pigments impregnate the polymer solution before forming the fiber. In this way, the yarn is dyed to the core, which gives it excellent color fastness and exceptional performance in outdoor conditions and in the presence of microorganisms. The strong bond between carbon is not destroyed, so the color does not change over time.

SCREEN MAINTENANCE

Low maintenance
The screens do not require any specific maintenance.

Our basic tips:

  • Apply a damp cloth or washcloth to the fabric to remove any stains easily.
  • Allow the screen to dry completely in the open air.
  • Do not use abrasive solvents or detergents.

OFFICE FABRIC GUARANTEE

At Sauleda we have tested durability and we want to share our experience. After many years, the checks and tests carried out in prestigious laboratories show that Sauleda fabrics have a longer life than the years offered by the warranty.

For your peace of mind, however, we offer you up to ten years of warranty in case of normal exposure to the sun and atmospheric agents.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers abnormal deterioration of the fabric and its colour and starts from the date of installation.

Since when does it start counting?
The warranty starts from the date of installation.

Which document is important to keep?
In order to be eligible for the warranty, the installer’s invoice must be kept.

What does the warranty replace?
The guarantee covers only the replacement of the fabric necessary to restore the fabric, without considering other concepts.

Any other element of the awning other than the fabric manufactured by Sauleda, S.A. such as the system of fittings, mechanisms, pendants, structures, etc.

It does not cover the installation of the fabric, its manufacture and production, installation and maintenance.

It does not cover tissue deterioration caused by aging and normal use.

They do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or improper maintenance (abrasive cleaning).

In particular, the following accidents, abuses or negligence are excluded from the warranty:

  • Insufficient maintenance, or use of improper products or tools.
  • Improper use of detergents, chemicals or solvents, abrasive scrapers or brushes, or other instruments that may damage the fabric.
  • Unusual weather conditions.
  • Air pollution, use of phytosanitary products, animal dirt, bird droppings.
  • Defects from the assembly itself, user handling errors.
  • Falling objects projected on the fabric, burns from cigarettes, firecrackers, flares or others, fire.
  • Placing objects on the fabric, traffic accidents, vandalism…

Sauleda, S.A. will replace the deteriorated fabric with a new fabric.

Sauleda, S.A. is not responsible for the cost of dismantling the old awning or installing the new one.

The guarantee is accessed once the necessary appraisals have been carried out in the following terms:

During the years of the warranty, Sauleda, S.A. will replace, free of charge or according to convenience, the deteriorated fabric with a new fabric, excluding all expenses, and is not responsible for the cost of dismantling the old awning or the installation of the new one.

Within 15 days of the observation of deterioration, a registered letter including the purchase invoice with acknowledgement of receipt must be sent to:

The fabric will then be examined by the experts and adjusters of the insurance company of SAULEDA, S.A.

The solution in case of replacement of the fabric or refund of the defective fabric does not imply an extension of the warranty for the replacement fabric.
